Smooth project management tools!

We want to make sure that the time you dedicate to your website project is used as effectively as possible.  To help us achieve this goal we use a suite of online tools that make things a little more organized, saving you time and maximizing your efforts.

Here are some of the tools we use to make our website projects flow like we were sharing a (virtual) office:

Basecamp We use Basecamp as the hub of our online project management.  It allows for file sharing, commenting, calendar events, assigning tasks & creating checklists.  It makes things go smoother, allowing us to avoid having to search through emails to find what we are looking for.
 Yuuguu Yuuguu lets us share our computer screen with you, in real time, to help us answer those "How can I do..." type of questions.  We integrate the Yuuguu & Skype programs to give us real time video & audio...making training, trouble shooting, and learning a lot easier.
 Freshbooks For "painless billing" we use Freshbooks.  It really is great.  No more having to search for invoices...you are automatically set up with your own "account" where you can view & manage all invoice related issues.
 Skype Skype let's us chat with our clients anywhere in the world...for free!  Linking this up with Yuuguu gives us the opportunity to share and support our clients as if we were looking at the same computer.
